Placing an Order

For Business Stationery orders, you can either make your selection from our online designs, where you will be able to select a design, font, quantity, and give your details for inserting into the stationery. You can email us your own Company Logo/artwork. If you need our design service, contact us here, so we may discuss your personal requirements. You can also email your own complete design, possibly based on an online design or your previous stationery to us at design@officesolutionsonline.co.uk

We will provide you with a proof via email and/or post for your approval before printing commences.

Payment

No goods shall be despatched or collection allowed until full payment has been received and cleared by Office Solutions Online.

Due to the current economic climate, we have had to temporarily suspend payment by debit and credit cards. You can pay by cheque, which should be crossed and made payable to C Buchanan.


Delivery Charges

We use the Royal Mail, which currently charge the following costs:

Items are usually delivered between 3-5 working days of us sending them out.


Returns

Please read our Returns Policy.

If your goods have been incorrectly supplied, damaged or partially lost in transit, please contact us here  within three days of delivery.
