Placing an Order

For printing orders, you can either make your selection from our templates online, where you will be able to select a template, font, quantity, and give your details for inserting into the work. You will be able to upload your own Company Logo/artwork. You can also email your requirements to us, possibly based on an online template or your previous stationery at design@officesolutionsonline.co.uk

Or, if you need our design service, contact us here, so we may discuss your personal requirements.

We will provide you with a proof via email and/or post for your approval before printing commences. From the email, you will be able to authorise approval of the order and will be led to our secure payment area.

Payment

No goods shall be despatched or collection allowed until full payment has been received and cleared by Office Solutions Online.

Due to the current economic climate, we have had to temporarily suspend payment by debit and credit cards. You can pay by cheque, which should be crossed and made payable to Office Solutions Online.


Delivery Charges

We use the Royal Mail, which currently charge the following costs:

Items are usually delivered between 3-5 working days of us sending them out.


Returns

If your goods have been incorrectly supplied, damaged or partially lost in transit, please contact us here  within three days of delivery.
